Which payment methods are available?

We believe service, usability and safety are very important aspects on Silvercreek.nl. That’s why we offer you several payment methods online:
- iDeal (internet banking)
- MasterCard (credit card)
- AfterPay (pay afterwards with digital giro)
- MrCash (only in Belgium)

For all payments to run safely and reliably smoothly, the payments go through the payment provider Adyen, one of the biggest Dutch specialists of online payments. Therefore we can guarantee a secure payment process. For postpay at our webshop and in our stores, you can use Afterpay. AfterPay fully controls the postpay process.

  

How do I get my refund in case of a return?

In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always return your order. We’ll refund the price you purchased your item at including shipping and handling costs.
You can receive a refund in two different ways:

  1. The first option is to return your purchase in one of the OPEN32 or BLUE32 stores. You can locate our stores at our store locater page. If you return your purchases instore, the cashier will handle your refund. When returning Silvercreek items in store, your refund will be issued to your account within 5 - 10 business days.

  2. The second return option is to return your order at a PostNL service point. As soon as we have received, checked and processed your return, the refund will be issued to your bank account within 14 days. 

  

Why is my payment not accepted by AfterPay?

AfterPay does the full afterwards payment process for Silvercreek. This means you get a digital invoice by Afterpay via e-mail for payment. You can pay at silvercreek.nl with a digital invoice to an amount of € 300 if you pay with Afterpay for the first time. If you already paid with AfterPay before, then you can pay afterwards to an amount of € 400. Afterpay always does an online data check to approve your request to pay by digital giro. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as stated in their privacy statement. It may occur that the option to pay through AfterPay isn’t available. Even when you paid for an order with Afterpay before, it’s possible the payment failed this time.
